We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our online presence.

As an SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality backlinks from reputable blogs to enhance our website's authority and search engine ranking. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve our overall online visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Link Building**: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative blogs.
- **Outreach**: Conduct outreach to bloggers, influencers, journalists and webmasters to secure guest posting opportunities and collaborative content.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with the content team to create compelling content that attracts backlinks and resonates with our target audience.
- **SEO Analysis**: Perform regular SEO audits to identify and rectify any on-page and off-page SEO issues.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation and link-building.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and analyse competitor backlinks and SEO strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Reporting**: Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics, including backlink acquisition, search engine rankings, and organic traffic growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong focus on link-building and outreach.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for outreach and collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the beauty or eCommerce industry.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
