This role will lead on the delivery of the campus tour programme, will be responsible for a defined set of event projects, including the University's Applicant Interview days, and Apprenticeship open days, and will also lead on the administration and delivery of the Solent enquiries platform. The post holder will also be responsible for the management and delivery of the Student Ambassador programme, working with over 100 students to support them during their time as an Ambassador at the University.

The post-holder will be an excellent communicator in all media and will possess an exemplary attitude for both customer service and process management. They will be able to work both independently, and as part of a wider team on collaborative projects with measurable objectives.

The post-holder should have experience leading events from end to end, and be experienced in meeting client requirements where applicable.

Experience of working within the UK Higher Education sector would be desirable but not essential, as would an awareness of the progression journey from UK Further Education to Higher Education.
