As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our event marketing efforts and ensuring the success of our promotional activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, promotions, and brand marketing.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies
Assist in creating promotional materials, including signage, flyers, and digital content
Engage with event attendees and provide excellent customer service
Assist in tracking event performance metrics and preparing post-event reports
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities related to event promotions
Support the team in managing event budgets, expenses, and timelines

Creative mindset with a passion for event planning and promotions
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus, but not required
