**The Role**

Central High Rise Ltd is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team at our Nottingham based offices. The post holder will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in working within a professional office environment. The post holder will focus on delivering superb customer service and carry out their work with a responsible and responsive attitude.

The applicant is required to be fully computer literate and highly organised, an efficient individual, competent at data entry, self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

**Key duties include**:

- Polite and professional call handling
- Point of contact for company visitors
- Compile and send surveyor reports and certifications
- Accurately process data
- Maintain current database information
- Monitor client portals and process tenders

**Essential criteria**:

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to produce Electronic drawings
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload

**Desirable**:

- Experience in construction/ steeplejack trade
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
