F&B Assistant required in the area of Cumbria for a superb 4* hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant

We are pleased to be assisting this lovely hotel based in the wonderful Hertfordshire countryside who are looking for a talented F&B Assistant to be a part of their close knit team.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary £9.50 - £10.00 depending on experience
- Live in Available also for a small fee
- 5 shifts per week

**The Individual**:

- The ideal Assistant would have experience within a similar standard of Restaurant at 2 Rosette minimum but not necessary
- However, our client is looking for a can-do attitude, excellent presentation and the ability to multitask.
- Sharing the same passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and going the extra mile is a huge part of the clients ethos.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a F&B Assistant you will create a memorable experience to each guest.
- Knowledge of food and beverage is important.
- Assisting the senior Restaurant Team as well as overseeing junior staff.
- Setting up and clearing of Food & Beverage areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
