Description

Role Duties:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to Head of Service for Quality and Safeguardng.
- Undertake a wide range of administrative, reception and secretarial duties in accordance with statutory and departmental requirements.
- Formally hold responsibility for induction and training of new Administration Assistants into relevant office procedures.
- Minute and produce accurate records of safeguarding adults meetings, SAB meetings and other team/departmental meetings, as requested.
- Create, maintain and update office systems and departmental information as required.
- Retrieve and accurately input data into computerised mainframe systems, databases and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with operational and departmental staff, clients, and other agencies, to assist operational staff in the delivery of services.
- Provide cover for administrative staff, primarily on a geographical basis, with the emphasis on maintaining service continuity.
- Administer a range of financial processes, including collection and distribution of monies.
