- Lead and motivate the Sales Ledger team.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collection processes.
- Manage customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis of receivables data.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes.
- Provide training and support to the sales ledger team as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Sales Ledger Supervisor should have:

- Relevant educational qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
