Working closeely with the managing director and keep track of diary
Answering phone to customers and passing information to relevant department
Answering phone to suppliers and passing information to relevant department
sales invoicing - preparing sales invoices from valuations from the site managers
Collating purchase invoices for passing to accounts department
Verifying and collating timesheets for passing hours to account department
Preparing employee contracts with the help of outsourced HR specialists
Keeping record of employee holidays
Keeping record of employee training and booking training when required
Stock ordering if required
Fleet management
General office duties
**Salary**: £14,545.56-£28,180.20 per year
