Our client in the Duncrue area of Belfast has an opportunity for a Transport Operational Support role. Joining part of a busy transport team in their Belfast site on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

**Hours of work**:

- 5 days out of 7 on rotational shifts - 6am-2pm & 2pm
- 10pm.

**Rate of Pay**:
£11.53 per hour

**Job Duties**:

- Transport and resource planning
- Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule
- Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required
- Deal with customer & driver queries
- Driver dispatch & de-brief
- Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily
- Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports
- Asset tracking
- Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system
- Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet
- Willingness to substitute for development
- Any other duties as and when required

**Experience, Skills and Education**:

- Previous scheduling experience ideal
- Good geographical knowledge, knowledge of driver working hours and tachograph legislation
- Good working knowledge of SCM (OR EQUIVELENT WMS)
- Good knowledge of transport operations
- CPC would be an advantage
- Must be competent in Outlook & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of Bluetree or Telematics in general advantageous
- Knowledge of Vision and driver infringements advantageous
