Collins Property Recruitment are working with a long established and independent Property Investment Company in Hampstead NW London.

They are currently seeking a Property Administrator for a maternity contract.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Maintaining and updating the database with up-to-date accurate information.
- Checking demands to be raised to tenants including ad hoc recharges.
- Preparing reports from database, creating, and updating spreadsheet-based reports.
- Help co-ordinate process any requirements from Landlords or tenants
- Process all associated administration involved in new property and/or portfolio management instructions
- Management of the various Meeting Rooms including room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings.
- Deal with tenant complaints/queries and offer prompt resolutions, escalate where necessary.
- Ensure all front of house areas are always immaculately presented
- Update all property details when necessary utilising advertising portals

Skills Required:

- You are the ‘go to’ person in your area of expertise/specialty for questions from your colleagues, clients and customers
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Solutions focused, advising colleagues and stakeholders with solutions not problems
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You actively listen and interpret key information from and to clients, customers, colleagues and service partners
- Strive to anticipate needs and exceed expectations of others
