An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Recruitment Department of SWB for a Band 3 Recruitment Officer. This role will be 22 hours per week over 3 days, and is fixed term for 1 year.

You will be involved in administrating the recruitment process for Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical applicants.

This post offers a variety of work and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge in a very fast-moving environment.

The primary function of the role is to support the team to ensure that the Recruitment Process is administered according to NHS Employment Check Standards and within our set Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

The post holder will already be able to demonstrate both administrative and customer service skills, have previous office experience in a HR/Recruitment environment and preferably have experience using NHS Jobs/Trac/ESR although full training will be given. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to evidence working to deadlines with a drive and willingness to achieve and exceed the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
