The Early Years Administrator plays a crucial role in administering the day to day running of Little Amesbury.

Part time - 20 hours with 6 weeks holiday per year including 3 weeks shutdown.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Administration of regular bookings for Little Amesbury using our Blossom software, including invoicing. Blossom is a nursery management package designed to streamline the administrative process of sessional bookings.
- Administration of Little Amesbury holiday club - taking bookings, updating the software and raising invoices via Blossom.
- Administration of additional ad hoc sessions including invoicing through Blossom.
- Administration of staffing and ratios.
- Coordination with the Catering Manager regarding holiday club menus.
- Working closely with the Admissions Department and Room Leaders to arrange settling-in sessions
- Maintenance of individual pupil’s records on Blossom.
- Covering breaks/lunch when needed to maintain ratios.
- Fulfil any additional tasks requested by Head of Little Amesbury or Bursar.

Child Protection/Safeguarding

Pay: £14,009.00 per year
