**Order Processor/Billing Advisor**

**Based in Coleshill**

**£21,000pa - £22,000pa**

**Hours of work: 9:00am - 5:00pm**

s an experienced Order Processor/Billing Advisor your duties will involve:

- Liaising with installation partners and customers, booking installs, dealing with service calls and detailed quotes.
- Chasing payments and reviewing reports and customer data. Raising invoices, credit notes and dealing with account reconciliation.
- The Sales Order Processor will be responsible for processing orders onto the CRM and Sage 200 accounting systems.
- You will be working on a Salesforce and CRM system, experience is desirable but full training will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
