Job Summary:
Join our team as a Billing Administrator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and supporting the billing department to ensure smooth operations.

Working in a busy, fast-paced environment you will support the management team in the running of finance and administration
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist with keeping billing information up to date
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- General administration duties not contained above

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
