Administration Support Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the Healthcare Team at HMP Thorn Cross.
You will be part of a team of administrators providing an administration service to clinicians and other health professionals.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to all the Primary Care clinical team, carrying out general reception duties, including checking in patient details, answering the telephone, ordering ambulances, arranging interpreter services, legal administrative duties/invoices and dealing with routine enquiries.
In order to meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the clinical staff and managers within the Health and Justice.
To maintain the office organisation and support all clinical staff working in the department.
To work effectively in providing multidisciplinary care, working with internal and external agencies.
