**What Will You Be Doing?**
As a Team Coordinator for Daikin, you will be the first point of contact to colleagues and line managers for HR & Payroll administration queries:
You will:

- Produce accurate correspondence to employees relating to all employee lifecycle events i.e. contractual changes, salary increases, bonus and maternity/ paternity letters.
- Act as the key contact within the HR & Payroll team with regards to Cascade HR system queries ensuring that the system is accurately maintained and updated.
- Work closely with your team, customers, and other internal departments.
- Be the focal point for all systems and administration within HR & Payroll to ensure this important aspect of the department runs smoothly and effectively.
