We are looking for a Family Wellbeing Lead who has a passion for people and cares about helping others live fulfilling lives. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team to develop our family wellbeing offer and launch a new family drop-in service through recruiting, leading and motivating a dedicated volunteer wellbeing team to ensure and maintain the delivery of high-quality sessions and support for young people and families in Sacriston and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in coordinating and delivering holistic health and wellbeing support and has a good knowledge of co-production, citizen involvement, participation, engagement and consultation.

Reporting to the Charity Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, delivery and quality of well received accessible and creative social, leisure and recreational wellbeing activities and events, ensuring that everyone is given the opportunity to pursue their interests and life goals.

You will be self-motivated and determined to achieve the best outcome for the children, young people, and the families we support. You will achieve this through working in partnership with children, young people, and their families.

You will be responsible for cultivating and contributing to a "continuous improvement" environment and will be proactive in the management of your wellbeing volunteers, budget, and monitoring for your projects.

Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
