The job in a nutshell

You will be part of a friendly team of Administrators and Advisors whose main focus is to support our colleagues. As a People Services Administrator you will be completing right to work checks through our right to work app, monitoring right to work compliance, and reporting and assisting with right to work queries. You will also have the opportunity to learn about a variety of HR processes and be part of a fast paced and dynamic business.

What you’ll be doing:
Completing right to work checks: reviewing right to work submissions through our Right to work app in line with current legislation.

Advising on right to work process: first line advice on the right to work process.

Reporting: running daily reporting on the right to work app and following up with managers.All associated trackers are maintained in accordance with the standard formatting guidelines and all facts are recorded accurately and in full.

Working with others: providing occasional support for the People Services Advisors where applicable.
