The job in a nutshell

As a People Services Administrator you will be part of a friendly team of Administrators and Advisors whose main focus is to support our colleagues. You’ll support the People Services and Office Experience Teams and wider People Team by coordinating and processing all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will also have the opportunity to learn about a variety of HR processes and be part of a fast paced and dynamic business.

What you’ll be doing:
Employee data and document management: maintain employee records and ensure all information is held in the correct format and in line with data retention guidelines. Maintenance of the Fourth system to ensure accuracy of data. Support with Data Subject Access Requests. Support with the provision of data for references, audit processes, external parties in line with GDPR compliance. Ensure all documents are version controlled and the most recent version shared, maintain the People Site and relevant sections of the Operating Manual.

Reporting and administration: support People Services processes and wider team activities by providing key information and supporting initiatives such as the Shadow Board, long service awards and recognition schemes. Trackers are maintained to ensure all relevant cases are logged in accordance with the standard formatting guidelines and all facts are recorded accurately and in full.

Working with others: provide cover for the Office Experience Assistants as required to support with any short-term requirements and assist as necessary. Support the ER team with administration throughout periods of leave of the Employee Relations Administrator. Flexibility is required at times to start at 7am or finish at 7pm.
