My client is seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team, to work in their premises in Thame.

**In this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator role you will be required to**:

- Undertake general customer service duties including answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate, assisting with customer queries, and greeting patients and visitors.
- You will also be required to undertake some administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining and updating customer records, advising on collections and deliveries, and diary management.
- This role will involve some cash handling responsibilities including cashing up tills at the end of the day.
- Previous customer service and administration experience.
- A confident telephone manner and be computer literate.
- This can be a varied role so requires some flexibility in your approach to work, and the ability to multi-task.

**Working Hours for this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator**:
3 days per week plus every other Saturday (26.75 hrs p/week average) based in Thame.

Tuesday 8:30 - 17:45 (1 hr lunch)

Weds 8:30 - 17:45 (1 hr lunch)

Thurs 13:00 - 20:00 (30min break)

Alternating Saturdays 8:30 - 17:00 (1 hr lunch)

Our hourly rate is £11.10, but there is a higher rate of £14.00 for the evening (classed as 17:45 - 20:00).

This makes the salary for this role **£15,779.40**
