Our team, Venture Builder Services (VBS), exists to support our ventures to be successful quickly, sustainably and with access to the best practice tools, solutions, and expertise. We provide a range of services to help new business get off the ground, including technology, growth (marketing and sales), talent, HR, finance, legal and tax.

**THE ROLE**
The Talent team is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Talent Executive to join to focus on driving recruitment across VBS and the portfolio. The role will report into the Head of Talent and will be instrumental in leading the attraction, selection, and placement process of talent across within VBS and on a project basis across the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio. This will include a range of roles in different sectors at varying levels of seniority. There will also be opportunities to run and support on other Talent initiatives across our portfolio.
The role is designed to be an integral part of Blenheim Chalcot's central function with progression opportunities within the team and/or our portfolio companies.
**Key responsibilities**
- Own a variety of hiring processes, managing end-to-end recruitment from attraction to placement.
- Support on recruitment programs for senior hires and high-potential individuals into VBS and BC businesses.
- Manage data-led decisions on engagement strategies and hiring tactics to ensure that we're attracting the best talent for BC in the most effective way.
- Facilitate the administration for all stages of the recruitment process, including liaising with key stakeholders, and updating people systems.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to continuously improve the processes and activities.
- Support in the organisation of BC talent networking and L&D sessions for and across the portfolio of businesses.
**Specific duties**
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
- drive the recruitment processes 'from start to finish'
- be able to transition between ventures and stakeholders with the ability to deliver results quickly,
- act as a 'super-user' for out ATS system, Greenhouse, ensuring it is kept up to date and that the team are following best-practice,
- work closely with our BC India colleagues on administrative and operational tasks,
- work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition.
- consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders centrally and in the portfolio companies.
**ABOUT YOU**
- An ambitious and driven recruiter with minimum 1 year experience of working in-house, onsite or RPO.
- Experience using and administrating recruitment systems including an ATS (Greenhouse preferable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
