CPC are are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established team at our Head Office near Royston, Herts. The role will be office based and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a company where there is real development available.

**As Office Administrator, key duties will include**:

- First line answering incoming calls
- Collating information for daily records
- Report production
- Data inputting
- Communicating with other departments and team members
- Supplier liaison
- Product preparation
- General office administration
- Cross trained for duel departments

**You will have**:

- Have at least one years previous administration experience in an office setting.
- Customer Service experience
- Telephone experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills
- Good time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Able to work alone but also as part of a team

**Please note that there is no public transport access to the required location, so the role holder will be required to have a driver’s licence and their own transport.**

Part Time - Start time 8.30am or 9.00am End time 2.30pm or 3.00pm
