Reed are working a fantastic client, in the **education sector**, in **Chesterfield** in the recruitment of a temporary **HR & Payroll Coordinator.**The role of HR & Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for inputting and coordinating the transfer of payroll and pension information between the college and our outsourced payroll function, using our fully integrated i-Trent software system.

**Key responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and pensions data
- Working with the college’s outsourced payroll service to ensure information is recorded to ensure timely and accurate payroll
**Experience**:
- You should have relevant up-to-date experience in payroll administration including PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP and experience using payroll and pension computing systems
- You should be qualified to Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths
- A qualification in payroll is desirable
