As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Taking inbound calls & directing
- Making outbound calls
- Booking in appointments
- Extensive diary management
- Providing administrative support to the office

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills/knowledge:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous telephone experience
- Good IT skills (Microsoft office)

- £11 - £12.50/hour plus holiday
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm in office
