Marketing Executive

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a strong focus on compelling content creation.

Your creative thinking, attention to detail and strong communication skills will lead the successful implementation of campaigns, with brand and acquisition messaging that strongly resonates with our target audiences and ultimately drives business revenues. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute ideas, and collaborate within our niche, dynamic and dedicated team.

**As part of the role, your responsibilities would be**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, tailored to both B2B and B2C segments.
- **Digital & Social Presence**: Assist in managing and optimising our digital presence, including the company website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and content updates.
- **Lead Generation**: Collaborate on lead generation strategies targeting B2B clients (C-suite level) and contribute to initiatives aimed at engaging and educating B2C audiences about our services through relevant content.
- **Data & Analysis**: Working closely with the Marketing Manager to analyse and continuously optimise the performance of the Marketing function at LaingBuisson.
- **Brand Building**: Contribute to brand-building initiatives that enhance our identity and market position within the healthcare and social care sector for both B2B and B2C segments.
- **Market Research**: Support market research efforts to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing insights to refine marketing strategies and content topics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:
Previous experience (2+ years) in Marketing roles, with familiarity in both B2B and B2C environments preferred.

Skills in Adobe programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, as is necessary for this role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.

Proficiency in social media marketing & tools.

Experience in website content editing and creation with such website developer tools as Wordpress would be preferable

Proven experience in content creation and content marketing, including writing, editing, and content distribution.

Knowledge of healthcare and social care industry trends is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.

Analytical skills to assist in interpreting data and making informed marketing decisions.

**Location**:
This is a hybrid role with a combination of remote and in-office work, based in Angel (London) for 2 days a week. Flexibility for travel into our office in Angel will be required as well as occasional travel for events.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
