In Home Supervisor

24/7 Supervision Ltd. consists of a team of staff, providing in-home supervision to family members, who are involved with the Local Authority / Children’s Social Care, owing to previous concerns around safe parenting. Our company is commissioned to supervise the families in their own home environment, and a team of Support Workers are allocated to a family / house, working under the direction of a qualified social worker / company director.

Your role is to provide support and supervision to children and their families within their home setting. To ensure that children remain safe and well cared for, working closely with parents or carers to ensure that they provide safe care. You will be expected to keep accurate records, assist the family in the community and intervene in family life, if there are concerns around the child/ren’s safety, following all company policies and procures.

You will receive training around prompting and intervention, but you will only provide advice and guidance, if the parent requires this. Your main role is to supervise, and observe family life, taking an accurate record and sending this to your House Lead. You will be expected to work under the direction of two experienced social workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- working with children: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- enhanced DBS and on the update service? (required)

Work Location: On the road
