Enforcement Support Administrator

We are also specialists in property-related enforcement including Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR), Forfeiture of Lease and dealing with squatter and trespasser related issues. **Introduction**
As Enforcement Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects and processes of enforcement agent administration. You will be responsible for reviewing cases and contacting agents on a regular basis to discuss issues and performance. A key part of your role will be identifying issues and improvements and relaying these to senior management
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review agent holdings and oversee the chasing of overdue jobs.
- Reviewing jobs for allocation and reallocation and determining which agents to instruct Reviewing upcoming allocations and identifying resource requirements
- Monitoring the Enforcement mailbox.
- Recognising any agent issues and raising to management
- Making regular calls to enforcement agents to identify any issues.
- Performing spot checks when in cases for paperwork to ensure that enforcement agents are working in accordance with our policies.
- Being the first point of contact and providing daily support to the enforcement agents in a timely manner.
- Managing DVLA enquires on the internal system.
- Running HPI checks on vehicles.
- Tracing companies and debtors using tools provided
**Additional Responsibilities and Training Requirements**:
- Such duties as directed by a manager, as may from time to time, be reasonably required.
- Previous experience using Nexum would be beneficial
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office functions, such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to use your own initiative, as well as working in a team.
- Confident, articulate, and professional when dealing with customers (agents) over the phonE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
