Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Unit Leader to join our team. As a Unit Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a designated unit within our organisation. You will provide guidance, support, and direction to the team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing clear direction and guidance
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Set goals and objectives for the unit, ensuring alignment with organisational targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for team members
- Handle escalated customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other unit leaders and departments to achieve overall organisational goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team members
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
