**About Our Client**:
We are working alongside a well known business based in Manchester, established in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. Supplying to a wide range of retailers, they are looking for someone for their Customer Success Executive role to ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Success Executive role are:
- responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing customers
- prepare and supply quotations
- Handling daily system errors and raising tickets
- Uploading Stock and order spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery meets standard
- Be the first point of contact for any customer escalation enquiries regarding product
**The Successful Applicant**:
- A personable and can do attitude
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role
- Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets
