FireFit Hub provides a range of youth work programmes and activities alongside an expanding gym, leisure and wellbeing offer for the whole community. This pivotal role involves efficiently managing booking processes and system, coordinating schedules, overseeing reception function and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Handle customer inquiries and bookings for centre facilities, classes, and programmes with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of activities, avoiding scheduling conflicts and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Implement effective processes for collecting, analysing, and acting upon member feedback, proactively reaching out to members to gather insights and address concerns.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage bookings and schedules effectively.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Have experience is utilising leisure management and bookings systems.
