We're a UK focused comparison website business specialising in gambling. We are looking to expand into other verticals and countries. Our main site is Best New Bingo Sites (bestnewbingosites.co.uk), this site has been ranking successfully for over 10 years in Google.

Managing a comparison website is a complex operation. We have been successful thanks to a strong team of motivated, highly analytical and experienced people.

We are now looking for a team player that can help us administrate some of the many moving parts in running these websites as well as driving forward expansion, efficiencies and optimisation.

**Essential Requirements**:
5 years’ experience in a commercial environment
High level of proficiency in spreadsheets

Forensic attention to detail
First class numeracy skills: understands odds, percentages and can perform speedy mental arithmetic (A-level maths or similar desirable)
Must be good at adopting and mastering new software tools Strong communication skills - you will be negotiating deals and nurturing relationships with partners

Patient and resilient
Attend industry events, some are abroad
Travel to London on an ad hoc basis for team meetings

**Job Specification**

Research new brands for onboarding
Manage the onboarding of new advertisers on to our sites
Negotiating the appropriate deal for new advertisers
Analyse and report on the performance of new advertisers Analyse and report on the performance of existing advertisers Managing the logins for all our advertiser marketing platforms Day to day communication with clients, occasionally out of hours

Organise changing offers, trackers, T&Cs

Compliance checks including screenshots

Learning about gambling regulation and ensuring we're compliant

Drive the onboarding process through our Asana board Administrating online project management tools like Asana Analysing data so we can reorder our advertisers (to maximise income)

Check that agreed deals are being applied
Sending out invoices and checking they are correct

We are now looking for a genuine team player that can help us administrate some of the many moving parts in running these websites.
