We are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team and help us expand our customer base and increase revenue.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in a small close-knit team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a key emphasis on building and nurturing relationships with businesses to achieve your targets. We value meaningful connections over the volume of daily calls made. Therefore, this is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about talking to people, closing sales and is eager to contribute to the team’s success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by telephone, zoom and teams’ calls.
- Conduct regular ‘warm calls’ to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Understand the needs of clients and tailor specific quotes to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 6 months’ outbound telephone experience, preferably in a business-to-business role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent timekeeping
- Basic computer skills
- Good level of written and verbal English
- Presentable and Professional
- Willing to follow instructions and learn with a positive attitude.
