**Investment Support Administrator**

We have an exciting opportunity** **to join our existing Investment Support team**.** Whilst experience can be a bonus, we are also looking for those of you who have a hunger for learning and wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with remote working. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent** basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

As a **Investment Support Administrator** you would prepare reports ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as well as supporting with low risk queries.

**Key Responsibilities as our Investment Support Administrator** **will include**:

- To complete all tasks delegated to them by the Investment Support Supervisor and the Investment Support Senior Administrator to meet SLAs
- Collation and recording of current client data relating to investment holdings
- To deliver accurate reports efficiently
- Providing support for the other services where required
- To respond to telephone and low risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary
- Maintain agreed diary management and record keeping processes relating to ensure appropriate audit trails are kept in line with the Firms compliance standards
- Maintain a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and GDPR and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with FCA requirements
- Abide by AFH Group procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessment as required
- Any reasonable request made by Director/Senior Manager of the Company

**What we are looking for in our ideal Investment Support Administrator**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Pershing’s Nexus, XPlan software and Nexus Complete Software Systems is desirable
- General Admin experience
- A keen interest in investments
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Accuracy and high attention to detail

- Teamwork and collaboration
- Personal planning, organisation and time management
- Communication-written and verbal
- Good computer skills
