An Administrator is required to join a successful business near the Bromsgrove area. An excellent opportunity to gain experience and learn and develop across various departments. Ideal if you have a minimum of 6-12 months experience within administration and/or accounting.

As an Administrator you will be;
- Assisting on reception, meeting and greeting visitors to the site
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and general office supplies
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Monitor various inboxes
- Assist within the finance team, printing invoices, inputting information into the systems
- Assisting with credit control, copy invoices, POD's and statements
- General administrative support to HR, Customer Services and Commercial teams

Ideally for this role you will;
- Have experience working in an office environment
- Be adaptable and able to think on your feet
- Any exposure to finance and accounting would be highly beneficial

A full-time office-based role working Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm, based near the Bromsgrove area. Offering a salary of 21,000p/a. An excellent opportunity if you would like to broaden your skills and develop with a company over time.
