**Job Description Summary**:
As STEMCELL Technologies expands across Europe, we have a new and exciting opportunity within our Building Systems team.

As a Building Systems Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team environment across an exciting portfolio of new and innovative projects, with the emphasis on

maintaining a strong learning and growth mindset. This role requires hands-on

experience with chillers, HVAC, electrical distribution and process piping systems, to work in supporting the repair and maintenance of our building infrastructure and systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute in operational activities and cross-functional projects or programs as required
- Liaison with relevant regulatory bodies including Safety groups
- putting in place action plans when appropriate
- Response and activity relating to Trouble Ticket (remedy) requests, responding within agreed SLA’s
- Tracking of utility usage (electric, water, gas) and creation of innovative ideas to remove impact on the environment
- Manage STEMCELL's global equipment preventive and corrective maintenance program and enhance equipment uptime, operation, and performance by utilizing industry best practices to increase efficiencies, cost and compliance
- Ensure that maintenance, calibration and qualification activities are scheduled and performed in accordance with STEMCELL quality policy, ISO and cGMP guidelines, as applicable
- Perform investigations and impact assessments in response to equipment failures or deviations during qualification events in STEMCELL’s QMS. May include providing recommendations for product impact assessments

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Previous experience of working within a in a high-profile corporate environment
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) is an asset
- Technical Knowledge (equipment performance & maintenance requirements) including warehouse equipment and distribution equipment
