Here at Excelsior, we like to do things a little differently and so we feel that estimating can be taught but people with the right attitude are harder to come by.

**After your training period, duties will include**:

- Interpreting Architectural Construction Drawings, Specifications and Tender documentation to present an accurate quotation.
- Communicating with clients to obtain an accurate assessment of Tender requirements.
- Working to tight deadlines as part of a team.
- Client account management and business development.
- Chasing your clients for feedback with the intention of converting your quotes into orders
- Ongoing customer relation development and commercial awareness.
- Identifying new opportunities within the sector and contacting new potential clients in order to try and obtain their business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience of at least 2 years
- Previous experience of using a CRM
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outgoing personality and hunger to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Keen interest in self development
- Positive, can do attitude

Excelsior Panelling Systems manufacture bespoke Laminate Washroom Systems, Cubicles, Duct Panelling, Vanities, Benches and Lockers.

We occupy a combined office and factory space of 32,000 sq. ft in Dudley, West Midlands.

With 40 years history, trading in the Industry we have a strong customer base that expects quality products and service to the highest standards.

**Package Details**:
Holidays: 28 days inc Statutory B/Holidays
, Office Based - we are not offering any work from home/hybrid options for this role

Pension: Company pension scheme

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
