**Summary**

JTM offer government funded learning programmes in Nails & Beauty Therapy to learners who are funded through Advanced Learner Loans. Working towards Level 3 awards, Learners are aged 19+ and may be seeking a change in career direction, be undertaking the qualification around employment, or may be embarking on a new skill for their own reasons.

- Processing lead enquiries informed through website, social media, and broader media sources/ recommendations.
- liaising with Training Management and Educators to confirm and support training programmes during the enrolment and course induction stages, feeding into the planned/ projected course delivery schedule.
- Support in the ordering of required learner kits, training materials and in-house printing resources when necessary, ensuring these arrive in plenty of time before each course starts
- Support and communicate with the marketing team in the producing of website content such as schedules, FAQs for applicants and course descriptions.
- Support in the maintenance of accurate and well-presented marketing literature and training materials, including course PowerPoint presentations for applicants and enrolments.
- Communication, respond and engage in the reviewing and responses to applicants/ learners’ feedback from engagement activity.
- Support in the collection and reporting of learner attendance from Educators across the sites (within the day of session delivery)
