Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. Our Head Office is based in Chapel en le Frith and we cover the whole of the UK.

We are looking to recruit an additional member of our Planning Team to schedule and administer work, liaise with external teams and customers, ensuring the creation and maintenance of good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities for this role are:

- Maintenance and review of work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency within the external team;
- Working in a fast-paced environment and problem solving when needed;
- Multi-tasking within the external support team to enhance the overall customer experience;
- Working to agreed timescales;
- Working on Moraware and other computer systems as required;
- Providing administrative support to the Head of External Operations;
- Maintaining accurate data;
- Filing and scanning for the department.

Applicants must have a logistics or planning background and proven customer service experience. They must have experience of using MS Office software packages, in particular Excel.

Required attributes include good organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, flexibility, team work, strong communication skills, the ability to problem solve. We are looking for the appropriate skill set and background along with a positive attitude from someone seeking a challenging and rewarding role within our industry.

Salary is negotiable depending upon specific planning/logistics experience.
