Technical Customer Service Advisor

**Location**: Sevenoaks
**Salary**: Up to £26,000 per annum + Commission
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
**Flexibility**: Overtime available

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert technical and service advice to customers over the telephone, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule Service Engineer/Agent call-outs as required, ensuring accurate documentation on our Alpha systems.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and service history, ensuring all paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
- Proactively follow up with Engineers/Service Agents to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, meeting specified response times.
- Monitor and escalate extreme or genuine complaint cases to the Helpline Supervisor, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a technical customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Service/Technical boilers is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
