**About the role**:
The Supporter Care department is looking for a Senior Supporter Donations Assistant to support the Team Leader in the smooth and effective operation of the Supporter Donations Team. In the Team Leader’s absence and in required settings you will be an ambassador for the team, department, and directorate.
The Senior Supporter Donations Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-today workload of the Supporter Donations Queries Team and act as a point of escalation and support to our Supporter Donations Assistants who are processing donations that are made to Macmillan and sending well-deserved acknowledgments to our valued supporters. You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of this work within the team and holding feedback sessions with individuals to ensure the highest quality of support is being delivered to our supporters.
You’ll work with key stakeholders both external and internal to review, embed and maintain existing and new processes. You will deputies for the Team Leader and contribute to the general administration tasks to ensure efficiency across the team including contributing to completing business as usual workload when required.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and have great time management skills to be able to efficiently manage the team workload alongside your own objectives and tasks.
You will have strong relationship building skills to work with our stakeholders to provide exceptional service both within Macmillan and externally.
You will be ambitious and innovative, willing to take on projects and push the success of the team.
