**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role.
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Experience in a confidential work setting
- Experience dealing with members of the public
- Ability to work in a busy office enviornment
- Good keyboard skills
- Flexible

**Contract type**:
Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 months

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Administrative Services within Motherwell Health Centre

The working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday 8-4 or 9-5. We also cover some later evenings and Saturday shifts. Shifts out with Monday - Friday are done with advanced notice.
