**Our opportunity**

We are looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Administrator, who will be the first point of contact in our lovely village school. The Administrator will work with the Federation Business Manager to manage the many varied aspects of the school office, and will often be the only member of office staff in school. No two days are ever the same

We are looking for someone who
- is organised and efficient, with previous administration experience;
- has excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with a wide range of people in a supportive and professional manner;
- can work on their own initiative, with good problem solving skills;
- has good levels of literacy, numeracy and IT skills;
- is adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work well within a team;
- can prioritise their own work, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail;
- is warm and welcoming, with a good sense of humour.
