**Title: Payroll Administrator / Accounts Administrator**

The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced individual to join the Admin team at a prestigious manufacturing company. The successful individual will be providing support to all areas of the department with particular focus in the payroll and accounts areas.

**Monday - Friday**

**30 hours per week**

**Start and Finish times are flexible**

**Job Description**:
**Payroll & Accounts**
- Process payroll accurately and accordingly to company deadlines
- Record, investigate and resolve any payroll queries prior to processing for payment
- Manage, order, and administer petty cash, check invoices in line with finance processes and procedures
- Proactively manage and resolve any disputed invoices & aged debt

**General**
- Provide reception support as required, including greeting all visitors professionally, answering calls in a timely manner and escalating messages accordingly
- Maintain and regularly update records accurately on various databases and systems
- Deal with the day to day responsibilities of office maintenance i.e. post and processing of paperwork
- Ensure that stationery supplies and PPE stocks are maintained at adequate levels
- Complete tasks/projects as requested by manager
- Understand, and comply with, all company policies, procedures & required regulations & legislation
- Be punctual.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Have a minimum 1 year experience with payroll and accounts.
- He computer literate.
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Have their own transport or ability to travel to BB33NX.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
