**Job overview**:
ELFS Shared Services, a business division of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, was established on 1st April 2002 to provide business shared services to NHS client organisations

The post holder as a member of the Systems support team within ELFS Shared Services provides a systems support function to several Client organisations. The post holder will need to be responsive to supporting client organisations as well as a team player within the section.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of User Access Rights for all systems and will be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries relating to all ELFS finance systems. The role requires the development of good working relationships with internal colleagues and external HR and Finance departments.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will require excellent IT and keyboard skills where speed and accuracy are essential and will have to undertake some data analysis and manipulation duties. A high proportion of the day is spent using computerized systems for extracting and interpreting information and creating spreadsheets and other reports for use within ELFS and client organisations. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

The post holder will be expected to plan his/her own workload, and work to specified timetables as delegated by the Finance Manager for each client.
- The post holder works within ELFS with day to day operational accountability and freedom to deliver the service
- Provide accurate and timely input and reporting to client organisations and ELFS staff
