Finance Administrative Officer

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Finance Admin Officer to join our Finance team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the work of the Business Manager and the Director of Business and Finance in the administration of financial processes.
Duties will also include:
- Produce invoices and statements for school lettings bookings
- Accurately administer the School’s finance systems - Sage, FMS and Scopay
- Record and accurately log all transactions
- Assist parents with the use of the Scopay system
- Generate purchase orders and process invoices for payment
- To provide lunchtime Reception cover
- Provide basic first aid support within school (training will be provided)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Pay: Salary Grade 5, Point 6-11
FTE Salary: £21,968 - £24,053 per annum
Actual Salary: £18,841 - £20,630 per annum
