Process Improvement Analyst will be accountable for Global Finance Processes in the areas of Travel, Expensesand Purchasing cards. They will become the gate-holders to any change to these processes and will work with senior stakeholders to ensure that anychange is relevant, has appropriate controls, is signed off, and championed.

Process Improvement Analyst offers a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting Financial Innovation programme in a multicultural environment. They are offering a salary up to £44K + bonus & exceptional benefits including attractive pension scheme (employercontributions up to 22%) and 32 days holiday plus bank holidays. The role is Hybrid and can be based anywhere UK-wide with the client’s main offices based in London, Manchester, Cardiff or Edinburgh.

**Process Improvement Analyst** - **Travel & Expenses****:

- Essential Skills**
- Qualified to degree level and/or equivalent by relevant experience
- Experience of financial process improvement, process mapping, developing RACI charts and KPIs, controls & risks.
- Analytical skills/experience.
- Experience in Project Management
- Operating in international and multi-cultural organisations.
- Flexibility, independence and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience of managing a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations.
- Experience of Microsoft tools including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project and Sharepoint.
- Excellent communication skills - experience of conveying complex information in an easy to understand way.
- Experience of working with senior managers and stakeholder engagement.

**Process Improvement Analyst - Travel & Expenses** - **Desirable Skills**
- Experience of SAP and Concur
- Use of six sigma
- Experience in data management and integrity.

**Process Improvement Analyst** - **Travel & Expenses - Responsibilities**

Working under the direction of the Global Process Owner, P2P, design, deliver and implement finance processes for Travel and Expenses and purchasing cards where improvement and / or global standardisation is required and manage implementation and rolloutof Concur system.

They will be accountable for global compliance to these processes, proactively monitoring controls environment, identify and challenge areas of non-compliance, and 'trouble shoot’ as needed to ensure that processes are adhered to.

The role holder will manage global systems and processes implementation and be responsible for the design through delivery, implementation and transition to BAU, agreeing KPIs and tracking benefits.
