Core duties and responsibilities:

- Being a key point of contact between DD Products & Services and the company’s Suppliers in relation to Returns & Escalations
- Liaise with other functions and departments in reference to products and equipment being returned and/or replaced including equipment under warranty arrangements.
- Investigation of Customer escalations, faulty and damaged products, and the resolution of such escalations in conjunction with Customer Services and Suppliers.
- Raising of Quotations and Invoicing for Customer repairs.
- Liaising with Suppliers on replacement products, equipment and associated credits involved in the transactions.
- Managing Supplier product recalls and coordinating all associated activities.
- Return stock control, through the company’s processes and systems, management of the movement of return, repair and loan product and equipment both systemically and physically to ensure accountability and security.
- Use of the autoclave machine for sterilisation of products and the monitoring thereof.
- Raising of any necessary export or import documentation to facilitate international trade in relation to return products and equipment.
- Assist in the capturing and reporting of Return function key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
