Supply Chain Coordinator

Due to growth in the team we are looking to recruit a **Supply Chain Coordinator** focusing on our goods not for resale function controlling the procurement of indirect goods and services essential to our business.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services and will maintain budget controls and contracts.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Control end to end Indirect Procurement/GNFR supplier base.
- Develop strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement and supplier relationship management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base
- End to End Indirect purchase order management from creation to payment.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimise terms and conditions whilst minimising risks.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on procurement performance, including cost savings, supplier performance,and risk management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all requests are reviewed and resolved or challenged within the agreed SLA’s.
- Create and enforce processes, both internally and externally, always ensuring strict compliance.
- Assist within the wider procurement function when required
