**The role**
- You will provide technical expertise to a range of internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, leadership team, external advisers and our clients; in terms of products, processes and systems
- Provide technical and business process expertise and input to and sign off business requirements on local and corporate projects, including new products
- Keep up to date with changes in processes, systems and legislation via internal and external communications
- Express complicated technical information in a way that non-technical audiences can understand

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong technical knowledge of Workplace Pensions including relevant legislation
- Excellent communication skills including experience of identifying and analysing requirements and proposing solutions
- Drive and flexibility to undertake a wide range of activities simultaneously
- Consulting support, advice and guidance to colleagues at all levels
- Demonstrate sound risk awareness and judgement
