Annafield Estate Agents and Property Management are offering a fantastic opportunity within a successful & truly independent Estate Agency.

We are looking for an energetic, Sales Negotiator. We are seeking an individual with negotiation experience in the St Neots area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary Management
- Prepare, update and manage vendor and applicant database.
- Stay informed about current market conditions and possess a thorough knowledge of the local market, establishing a reputation as an expert in the field.
- Support the branch with any other activity required by management.
- Conducting viewings and answering queries from vendors and buyers.
- Contribute to the overall office sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the team, overseeing new properties brought to the market and devising suitable strategies to match potential purchasers.
- Contribute to the overall office sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a sales negotiator
- Full Clean Driving License & own transport
- Good local knowledge of St Neots and surrounding areas
- Great customer service skills
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency in IT using Microsoft Office packages and computerised databases.
- The ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivation and excellent organisation skills

**Salary**:
Negotiable dependent on experience

**Hours of work**

Full time hours are 9am - 6pm, 5 days a week (to include Saturdays on rotation)
